Evan grew up in construction — on site, not in a showroom. He has spent his life understanding how buildings are actually put together, where quality holds and where it gets lost. That knowledge is what Essentia brings to every brief.
Adam's path was different. A background in customer success, and firsthand experience of a renovation that didn't go as promised. When he found Evan, the experience was different. That contrast became the conviction — that homeowners deserve both the expertise and the experience to be genuinely better.
