Submit Your Floor Plan

Share your floor plan and tell us who is staying in the home — family size, lifestyle, pets, and any specific requirements. Every brief starts here.

We Assess Your Space

We review your submission in detail. Where needed, we arrange a site visit to verify beam placements, actual window dimensions, ceiling heights, and conditions a floor plan doesn't show.

You Receive a Clear Quote

A fully itemised quote broken down by work item. Every cost explained. You decide what to include, adjust, or defer — with full clarity on what each decision means for the outcome.

Work Begins on Schedule

About Essentia

Two founders.
Both sides of the wall.

Evan grew up in construction — on site, not in a showroom. He has spent his life understanding how buildings are actually put together, where quality holds and where it gets lost. That knowledge is what Essentia brings to every brief.

Adam's path was different. A background in customer success, and firsthand experience of a renovation that didn't go as promised. When he found Evan, the experience was different. That contrast became the conviction — that homeowners deserve both the expertise and the experience to be genuinely better.

Essentia exists because they both wished they'd had access to this kind of support earlier.

Yes. HDB permit management is included in all HDB renovation scopes that we take on directly. We handle the full submission process on your behalf. Upon permit approval, all agreed works will be carried out as per the contract signed before work begins.
It depends on the scope. A kitchen renovation typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. A full BTO or condo renovation typically takes 8 to 12 weeks. We will give you a realistic timeline before work begins — and upon permit approval, all scopes will be completed as per the contract.
Yes — tight budgets that are realistic and practical are situations we have worked with. Everyone has different financial priorities and we respect that. We will recommend the most impactful works for your budget so you get the best possible outcome from what you have to work with.
Payments are structured by milestone — tied to specific stages of completed work. You will always know what each payment covers before you make it. No full upfront payments, no arbitrary billing dates.
