Your quotation should help you make decisions, not leave you guessing what a single total includes. Essentia Works breaks the proposed renovation scope down by work item so you can review your priorities, understand the cost allocation and make informed adjustments before committing.
A low headline figure is difficult to evaluate when the scope, quantities, specifications and exclusions are unclear. Breaking the work into recognisable items helps you compare priorities and understand whether different quotations are actually covering the same work.

Depending on the agreed project, an itemised quotation may include:
Not every project contains every category. Your quotation reflects the scope agreed for your home.
Before the quotation is accepted, we explain the proposed scope and identify known exclusions or allowances. Where a selection or site condition has not yet been confirmed, we keep it clear that the related cost may require adjustment.
If you request a change, or if an unforeseen site condition affects the agreed work, the impact on scope, cost or schedule is explained and recorded through the applicable variation process before the additional work moves forward wherever reasonably possible. Rather than promising no cost can ever change, we rely on clarity, itemisation and recorded variations.
Payments are structured in milestones tied to agreed stages of the project. The quotation or contract states what each payment covers and when it becomes due.
