We discuss your priorities and assess how the layout, room boundaries, circulation, furniture and storage could be configured. Where needed, a site visit helps verify dimensions, existing conditions and practical constraints.
The level of development depends on the service you choose. It may involve refining an existing construction brief or developing the space plan, design direction, material selections and drawings needed for a fuller interior design project. Compare the three service levels.
The proposed work is set out in an itemised quotation so you can review where your budget is going. Before committing, you can discuss priorities and decide what to include, adjust or defer. See how our quotations are structured.
Once the scope is agreed, the schedule is planned around site conditions, approvals, material lead times and the required sequence of work. Key stages and known dependencies are explained before construction begins.
Your dedicated point of contact guides the agreed work through site coordination, progress updates and handover. Any identified defects within the agreed work are recorded and addressed through the applicable rectification process.
The exact activities, approvals and duration depend on your property, selected service, confirmed scope and site conditions. Your project-specific quotation and schedule remain the controlling documents for the work.
